The apartment includes a living room with a sofa bed and LED flat-screen TV, a kitchenette with an induction hob, fan oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, Tassimo coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. One spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and a wardrobe. A second spacious bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), and a wardrobe. A bathroom with a sink and shower. A separate toilet. A 40 m² terrace with lighting, facing southwest, with garden furniture, two sun loungers, a parasol, and an electric barbecue/plancha grill. There is also a second 30 m² terrace facing southeast. Private parking is available in the private garden (remote control access to the parking meter from the main pedestrian walkway). Air conditioning is available for an additional fee (€100/week) from May 1st to October 31st (outside this period, air conditioning and heating are included in the price). Parking is available in the courtyard. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: Basic linens (sheets, towels, toilet paper, cleaning products, toiletries) are NOT INCLUDED.
