Lovely stay in great location

Perfect location, easy walk into a town with great restaurants around a small port. Pool was great and had all the facilities we needed as a family of 11.

The house is exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 6 adults and 5 small children. Location is excellent, just a 5 minute walk to the bakery and local restaurants. A 5 minute drive to Aldi and Carrefour. And only 10 minute drive to a fabulous beach. Sete and Beziers is only 30 minutes away.The pool is lovely and there are numerous loungers, chairs and pool inflatables available.Doriane (the local agent) was amazing, she answered any questions I had almost immediately.We found everything we needed for a perfect holiday.

Amazing family property, fantastic location!

This property is amazing! The view from the balcony across to the Etang de Thau makes you stop and sit awhile. All the rooms were clean and tidy and have everything you need. Swimming pool is a fantastic size and has all the chairs, loungers and toys you would need to spend quality family time here. Doriane was the best property support we’ve had, great communication and really responsive when we couldn’t make the air conditioning work! The location of this property is the best we’ve found, less than 20 mins to Beziers airport, 8 mins to the beautiful beach at Marseillan Plage, 30 mins to Beziers, Pezenas and Sete, the best location. There are many restaurants to walk out to within ten mins, local market and definitely try the Marine bar!

Nossa experiência na casa foi positiva. Tudo mostrado foi apresentado no local e a comunicação com os anfitriões também foi positiva. Também havia na garagem muitos objetos de praia e brinquedos que as crianças podiam utilizar.

Toller Urlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage mit 2 Familien in diesem schönen Haus. Das Haus hat eine tolle Zimmereinteilung. Die Küche war super ausgestattet. In der Garage gab es Auflagen für die Liegen, einen extra Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine und Trockner. Natürlich war der Pool mehr als beliebt bei allen. Alles sehr gut durchdacht in diesem Haus. Auch der Ort ist sehr nett mit dem kleinen Hafen und bis zum Strand ist es auch nicht weit, ca. 10 Minuten mit dem Auto. Dort gibt es kostenlose Parkplätze in Strandnähe. Wir haben unseren Urlaub sehr genossen und können dieses Haus sehr empfehlen. Viele Dank an Familie Madar.

Great stay, love comfortable house. Walking distance to the port, needed a car to get to the beach

We had a good experience. Unfortunately there were no taxis so it was essential to use the car to go to Marseillan Plague which was more lively for the younger of our party

Erholung pur!

Die Villa ist fantastisch und entspricht genau dem Inserat. Sie ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet, modern ausgestattet und bietet jede Menge Platz im Inneren sowie auf dem Außengelände mit der großen und gepflegten Poolanlage, dem Grillplatz und dem Garten. Wir waren mit 4 Erwachsenen und 4 Kindern für 2 Wochen in Marseillan und sind mehr als zufrieden zurückgekehrt. Es ist wirklich alles vorhanden, was benötigt wird, auch wenn man mit Kindern verreist, das Haus ist vollständig klimatisiert und in einem sehr guten Zustand. Die Altstadt und der Hafen von Marseillan sind in wenigen Gehminuten bequem zu erreichen, der Badestrand in Marseillan Plage mit dem Auto in ca. 10 Minuten. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war von Anfang an sehr herzlich, es wurden alle unsere Anfragen umgehend beantwortet und wir haben uns sehr willkommen gefühlt. Ein Aufenthalt in diesem wunderbaren Haus in dieser schönen Umgebung, die Marseillan zusätzlich bietet, ist nur zu empfehlen!

Maison très bien pour groupe de plus de 10 personnes

Belle piscine (vis à vis avec immeuble dommage ), cuisine à l’étage donc pas pratique , douche du haut bouchée , la cuisine manque d’équipement qualitatif (vaisselle , couteaux qui coupent , épluche légumes etc)

Belle location

La villa est conforme aux différentes photographies de l'annonce. Nous avons trouvé une maison propre et bien équipée, les draps et serviettes étaient présents dans toutes les chambres. Nous étions 5 couples d'amis et nous avions suffisamment d'espace, il y a une 6ème chambre pouvant accueillir 1 voir 2 enfants , La piscine est bien protégée et en bonne état. Alexandra et Bianca étaient nos 2 contacts, elles ont été très conviviables, réactives et efficaces pour apporter des réponses à nos questions. En résumé belle location avec des hôtes qui ont fait le maximum pour que nous passions de bonnes vacances.

L'annonce de la maison correspond parfaitement à la description. Réponse rapide et sympathique des gérants. Pièces spacieuses, bien équipées, piscine très agréable, grand jardin. Bien située car proche du centre ville et du port. Seul bémol, la sortie de voiture est parfois difficile car beaucoup de passage sur le trottoir/piste cyclable. On reviendra avec grand plaisir

La maison (presque) parfaite

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans cette villa . Tout était fonctionnel, nous étions installé confortablement. L’hôte a été très réactif quand nous avions eu besoin. La villa est bien située, non loin du centre et des autres villes (cap d’Aude, Marseillan plage , Sete )

Court séjour

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour chez Alexandra Tout était super séjour un petit peu court mais maison très agréable très pratique. Bien équipée, bien située. Nombreux échange avec le propriétaire avant notre arrivée... Je n’hésiterai pas a y retourner et a recommander cette jolie maison.

Wonderful location to spend holiday time

We have enjoyed our vacation at this lovely location with our complete family. The arrangement of the house leaves nothing to be desired. A wunderful pool, comfortable living room to spend common evenings, bedrooms with sufficient space and more important pleasant beds. Near by the house you find a surf point-my kids often visited during our stay . we reached the beach at Marseillan plage with our bikes using the cycle path in a couple of minutes. Especially I want to point out the help and support we received from the owner before we started and also during our vacation time - many thanks Alexandra;-) It was a great time we spent there!

Get if a house

This property is lovely, modern furnishing, ample space & facilities. Great area, within a short walk if everything you need. Morning sunrise from the balcony starts the perfect day! The pool area is great with brilliant comfortable sun loungers. The pool was checked every few days. There is a great feeling and homeliness and it’s safe and enclosed for children! Can’t wait to come back!

The villa sits on a spacious plot and location is ideal being only 5 minute walk to the town centre shops and restaurants. The swimming pool is located to rear of property and is a lovely peaceful area with very comfortable sun loungers. The villa is very well equipped, everything that you need and the beds are comfortable. The upstairs lounge and kitchen has doors leading out a terrace with lovely views. There is plenty of outside space to sit and relax and a large driveway if using cars. The owner Alexandra was very helpful and excellent at communicating throughout the booking both pre and post holiday There were 10 of us visiting Marseillan on a family holiday. We all had a great time and would definitely like to return to the this villa in the future.

Family holiday

I found the property to be well maintained, and as described in the guide, with plenty of space for 5 children and 5 adults. I felt all the rooms were all a very good size. The children loved the swimming pools which caters for young children and older children. The property has fantastic air conditioning which is new and required when you visit during the sunny season. There was plenty of space even if you wanted to find a quiet place to read and relax, with a big open area at the front of the house. The property is safe for young children as it has a electric gate and the swimming pool has Safety gates, it is a five minute walk to the centre and the port. Which has fantastic restaurants and cafes and a few artisan bakeries for the fresh baguettes. The beach is ten minutes by car. I have recommended the property to friends, and will be looking to go back next year

Awesome place to spend your vacay

If you want to charge your bateries this this house in Marseillan is the best. You have everything you need there. The local food is also very good and fresh. If you chose to come here on June, you can eat fresh apricots directly from the garden.

Belle demeure!

Les 3 salles d'eau et toilettes avec serviettes et draps appréciables (+). Les chambres sont bien aménagées (+). La cuisine bien équipée (+). La salle à manger et le salon sont assez grands, confortables et bien situés à l'étage avec une belle vue sur le bassin de Thaux, Marseillan et Sète au loin (+). La piscine n'était en pas en fonction comme indiqué et sans remise au niveau location (-). Le garage et la cour sont suffisamment grands pour accueillir 3 à 4 voitures avec les portes et portail électrique(+). Les vélos disponibles ne sont pas suffisants pour 10 personnes et pas tous en état de fonctionnement (-). La rue proche est un peu bruyante mais supportable (-). La sutuation géographique permet de visiter Béziers, Sète, le Cap d' Agde, Carcassonne, Montpellier, Nîmes, le Canal du midi (+). Les plages à 10mn et non 5mn en voiture (-). La communication des réservations serait appréciée en langue française. Voilà mon ressenti après une semaine passée à Marseillan. Louis
