Residence with swimming pool, tennis court and petanque pitch ideally located 300m from the beach and close to all shops.  
Apartment n ° 59bis. 2 rooms of about 33m2 (1st floor without elevator) with terrace 14m2 on the groundfloor. South East exposed. Living room with kitchen area, 1 bedroom, bathroom with WC, terrace. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.  
SLEEPING FACILITIES : 2 people max. BEDROOM : 140cm bed.  
KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, 4-plates ceramic hob,microwave, oven, washing machine  
SANITARY : bathroom with shower, sink and WC. TV. Portable Aircon.  
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the owners and normally open from 01/06 to 30/09 according to the weather.  
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. max. reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.  
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
