Residence with swimming pool ideally located 50m from the beach with direct access to the sea for its residents and close to all shops.  
Apartment n ° A03\. 2 rooms approx. 33m2 with loggia 11m2\. 1st floor without elevator, south orientated, view at a small, quiet campsite. Private car park. Living room with kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and separate WC.  
SLEEPING FACILITIES: 4 people max. BEDROOM: 140cm bed. LIVING ROOM: convertible sofa. KITCHEN: Fridge-freezer, microwave, 2-plates ceramic hob, dishwasher. MAXIMUM ARRIVAL TIME 18H.  
SANITARY: bathroom with bath, sink and washing machine. Separate WC. TV.  
The opening of the swimming pool is subject to the authorization of the co-ownership and normally open from 19/06 to 30/09.  
Deposit 250 € + 50 € returned upon departure after inventory and cleaning. IMPORTANT: beyond 6 p.m. and up to 8 p.m. maximum, reception is possible with an additional cost of 80 € agreed in writing.  
Important: this residence is quiet and family-friendly, which is why this accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people, and reserved for families.
