Vorallem die sehr große Terrasse war wunderbar, um sich bei jedem Wetter draußen aufzuhalten. Die Kinder, aber auch wir Erwachsenen, haben den Pool gerne genutzt. Aufgrund der Maße können auch Bahnen geschwommen werden.Im Haus war genug Platz, um mit 4 Erwachsenen, 2 Teenagern und einem Fast-Teenie zu Essen, zu spielen und sich aufzuhalten. Der riesige Kühlschrank ermöglicht gut die Lagerung von Lebensmitteln - wie den frischen Fisch, den wir regelmäßig gekauft haben. Gegrillt werden kann außen gut überdacht, so ist es gar nicht weiter schlimm, wenn das Wetter doch mal Regen mit sich bringt.Besonders im Haus sind auch der riesige Leuchter im Wohnzimmer und der tolle Spiegel über dem Kamin.Die Lage des Hauses ist ruhig, so dass nachts gut geschlafen werden kann und auch die Freizeit im Garten erholsam ist. Wesentliche Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind sehr gut erreichbar, so dass keine Langeweile aufkommt.Gastgeberin und Concierge kontaktierten uns bereits vor der Anreise. Beide waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, so dass von der An- bis Abreise alle Fragen, Absprachen und Anliegen schnell und unkompliziert besprochen werden konnen. Ergänzt wird das ganze durch eine durchdachte Organsisation.Wir konnten uns wunderbar erholen und wären gerne noch länger geblieben. Le quartier est calme et agréable. Pour des vacances entre amis, ou au calme en famille, n’hésitez pas à choisir ce lieu pour un séjour inoubliable. Sehr gute Einführung und ruhige Lage. Der Hund und die Kinder waren zufrieden und wir hatten eine tolle zeit mit Pool und freilaufendem Hund. Alles sehr sauber und gepflegt. Stayed 21 nights in Mar 2024 ### 6/10 Okay #### Anna L. 20 Oct 2023 Liked: Check-in, communication #### Hübsches Haus mit sehr schönem Aussenbereich Wir haben uns für dieses Haus entschieden, weil Haustiere erlaubt sind, das Haus Internet hat und der Strand in 7 Gehminuten erreicht werden kann. Leider war meine Katze nicht willkommen, weil die Vermieter Bedenken hatten wegen dem bereits geflickte Ledersofa. Das Internet funktionierte die ganze Woche nicht. Das war sehr unangenehm! Zum Strand sind es 5-7 Km. Der Garten und der Pool ist sehr schön. Allerdings gibt es keine Beschattung über der Lounge. Es ist sehr ruhig. Der Kühlschrank ist super. Die Betten sind bequem. Duschen ist nur an einem Ort möglich, weil der Duschschlauch zu kurz ist in der Badewanne und es keinen Duschvorhang hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeit in 2,5Km (Carrefour) ##### Anna L. Der Garten ist traumhaft der Pool fantastisch und alles noch Hundetauglich. Das W-LAN (Leitungsproblem) hat nicht funktioniert, ich muss aber sagen es war eine entspannte Woche ohne Internetanschluss......:-)) Tolle Location, kann ich nur empfehlen! ##### Beat R. Trotzdem ein paar Kritikpunkte: Beschreibung bei FEWO das Strände in einer Entfernung von 0,6 km sind ist nicht korrekt, man muß mit dem Auto 5-10 Minuten fahren Super wäre es wenn es für die Außenmöbel Kissen geben würde Eine Sonnenliege war bereits kaputt, eine zweite ging beim ersten Hinlegen zu Bruch und wurde uns im Nachgang teuer berechnet. Keine gute Qualität, man muß sehr vorsichtig sein! Toll wäre es wenn z.B eine Tischtennisplatte vor Ort wäre, Platz genung ist ja da! Tolle Orte in der Nähe, vor allem Sete ist wunderschön...und einen Abstecher nach Montpellier können wir nur empfehlen! ##### Peter H. Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet genug Platz zum Entspannen und gemeinsamen Genießen der kulinarischen Köstlichkeiten der Region. Das Highlight ist der Pool oder doch der weitläufige Garten oder doch die tolle Terrasse? Es war wunderbar. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter M. Duménil war hervorragend und auch der Verwalter hat sich gut um alles gekümmert. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit in Ihrem Haus. ##### Elke R. Auch unser Hund (Rhodesian Ridgeback) hat sich sehr wohlgefühlt und die Nähe zum Hundestrand (10 Minuten mit dem Auto) genossen. ##### Juergen K. Sie entspricht exakt den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Die Besitzer des Hauses sind ein reizendes älteres Ehepaar, das bei unserer Ankunft noch letzte Arbeiten im Garten durchgeführt hat (wir waren zu Saisonbeginn die ersten im Haus). Man spürt, mit wie viel Liebe alles eingerichtet ist und wie sehr das Grundstück und das Haus gepflegt werden. Die Kommunikation lief im Vorfeld mit dem Hauseigentümer Herr Dumesil ab, welche immer durchaus freundlich und zügig verlief. Am Tag der Anreise meldet man sich per SMS (oder WhatsApp) beim Vermieter, der einen beim Check-In Prozess begleitet. Die Villa ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und die Außenanlage einfach traumhaft. Mit 170m² Wohnfläche hatten wir alle ausreichend Platz. Einzig die 2\. Toilette sowie die Dusche sind etwas beengt (und fensterlos, dafür mit Lüftung). Vermutlich wurde nachträglich noch ein weiteres WC sowie die Dusche geschaffen. Das Hauptbad sowie das 1\. WC sind hingegen ausreichend groß und haben Fenster. Für uns war die Aufteilung perfekt, da sich 3 Schlafzimmer sowie das Hauptbad + WC in einem separaten Flur hinter dem Esszimmer befinden und das 4\. Schlafzimmer mit angrenzender Dusche + WC in einem anderen Teil des Hauses. Die Bewertungen zur angeblich zu kleinen Küche kann ich in keinster Weise nachvollziehen. Wir haben teilweise zu 3\. darin gekocht, hatten ausreichend Platz und waren zudem blitzverliebt in die bezaubernde, authentische französische Küche. ##### Julia G. Stayed 7 nights in Oct 2022 ### 4/10 Poor #### marie-luce r. 25 Oct 2022 Liked: Location Disliked: Cleanliness, communication #### Déception +: beau et grand jardin -:- aucun contact avec le propriétaire, propreté des lieux à revoir (nid de fourmis dans la cuisine, toiles d'araignée nombreuses , poussière datant de plusieurs semaines et nous avions payé le nettoyage de fin de séjour!)Les plombs qui sautent car limitateur d'électricité ( contraints de rester dans une pièce en soirée sinon les plombs sautent) un mug et deux verres à bière pour 8 personnes,vaisselle dépareillée, petit four ancien qui ne chauffe presque pas,consignes collées partout, douche à prendre assis dans la baignoire,... NB: Nous n'avons pas utilisé la climatisation à cause du problème d'électricité limitée sans lien avec des travaux. Nous avons reçu les clefs à 11h30 mais nous aurions pu attendre midi (contrat). L'état des lieux fut fait tous volets fermés, sans inventaire,passage rapide dans les pièces de la maison. ##### marie-luce r. Der Aussenbereich mit Grill, Tisch und Stühlen war gut. Der Innenbereich des Hauses war leider nicht wie in der Beschreibung. Es war bei Ankunft sehr unsauber und schmuddelig. Schmutzige Bäder und Toiletten. Die Betten waren dreckig. Die Schutzüberzüge waren sicher nicht neu. Unter den Betten waren Socken, Papiertaschentücher, Hundefutter und viele andere eklige Dinge. Die Fliesenfugen in Bädern und Toiletten waren schwarz und unhygienisch. Sofas, die scheinbar so wertvoll sind, waren zerschlissen und fleckig. Das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis stimmt unseren Erachtens NICHT. ##### Felix O. Une maison bien situé au calme en pleine nature pas trop loin de la mer néanmoins un soucis par rapport au chauffage qui n'est pas compris dans les frais étant donnée les températures basses en cette saison cela reste déplorable. ##### fatiha b.
