  • This is a Semi elevated maisonette having only 11 steps to come in the private entrance door. When you are inside, there is a living area including a 32 "flat screen TV with cable channels and a big leather comfortable sofa, full size kitchen having all the amenities in order to make a good dish and air condition, one bathroom with a bath and a shower , main bedroom with air condition and leading to a small internal yard that includes a washing machine in it, a spare bedroom with 2 beds wardrobe and a desk, and a storage room leading to the terrace.
