This spacious newly refurbished 1st floor elevated maisonette, has its own entry and is the perfect choice for friends and family who prefer to be centrally located and at the same time enjoy a peaceful area. One can enjoy easy access to the sea, restaurants, bars, bus stop, groceries, pharmacy, family park, kids play area.

Marsascala promenade is just a walk away by foot and you will find various restaurants and bars. There is a playing field for kids.
