Welcome travellers to our spacious and modern 2 bedroom home nestled in the south of Malta in a very peaceful neighbourhood, known for it\`s scenic views & welcoming ambiance. The house offers comfort & relaxation, providing a large living area with comfy sofas with natural light & space. A well equipped kitchen, inviting dining space and a private balcony are available to make every moment memorable! Also included 2 large bedrooms with comfy beds. Wifi and AC available during stay. Linens| At 360 Estates, we love a good night\`s sleep, all linens provided are of the highest quality and all beds are made! We also provide 2 towels per person on each bed. If the sofa bed is used, we will also provide and prepare the bed accordingly. Bathrooms| 2 full bathrooms. One of them is an ensuite with a shower while the other includes a bathtub and is accessible from the living area. Locally we have STRICT noise policies throughout the day when booking our apartment, you are agreeing that you are respecting not only the house rules but also the neighbors, especially with respect to avoiding extra noise. Not abiding by these rules can come in unwanted fines by local authorities. This is not a party home, so please respect it as such. 2\. During the lovely summer season, although we sanitize, some ants are to be expected, unfortunately, this is part of our climate, but we provide spray and traps when needed. (Although this is not common) 3\. An early check-in can be done, but only if the apartment is vacant and is cleaned in the morning. 4\. Check-ins are done either by one of our team or by a self-check-in where we will send you all the details beforehand. 5\. Waste schedule is given during the check-in and even beforehand, putting the rubbish at the right time, is imperative as otherwise, we will have problems with the authorities which will fine us. 6\. What is included in the apartment? (Generally includes for the first 3-5 nights) \- Shower gels \- Liquid Soap \- Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom) \- Dishwashing tabs (if dishwasher available) which is enough for 3-5 nights depending on the usage \- Garbage bags \- Linens for the bed \- 2 Towels per person 8\. Once the booking is confirmed we will also create a WHATS-APP group with all the persons involved there so that if you need anything during your stay you will find the person who will help you with any issue. If not please note additional cleaning may be charged depending on what we find.
