Get ready to relax in this 3-bedroom house in Mars Hill. This lovely property features 2 king beds and children's bunk bedroom , perfect for families or friends looking for a tranquil getaway. With amenities like heating, AC, and a cozy living room with a sofa bed, guests will feel right at home. Also available with fold up queen size foam bed in 2nd bedroom closet. The Kitchen equipped with a 12 cup coffee maker, airfryer toaster mixer and blender too. The 2 bathrooms offer a bathtub and shower, along with hair dryer. Instahot waterheater.and filtered water. Nice rocking chairs on the porch and BBQ grill out back. Chiminea in front yard with folding chairs to sit and enjoy the view and occasional deer visits. We hope you enjoy what our place and Mars Hill has to offer.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. Everything was exactly how the listing said it would be. The host was great to communicate with, when we got there we had a question about the fire place and she answered immediately. It is about 30 minutes from Asheville, so you can go enjoy all Asheville has to offer, then come back to a very peaceful home. We would definitely recommend this home to friends and family.
