Authentique Mas Catalan welcomes you to Marquixanes, a Catalan village nestled in the foothills of the Canigou mountain. This authentic Catalan farmhouse dating from 1830 has been fully renovated, showcasing original stone walls and wooden beams throughout. The 300 sqm vacation home accommodates up to 26 guests across 8 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The fully equipped kitchen includes a capsule coffee machine and a traditional ground coffee maker. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washing machine, fans, and heating provided by 2 wood-burning stoves and portable electric radiators in each bedroom. Families with young children will appreciate the 2 baby beds, toys, and books available on site.



Step outside to enjoy your private garden, covered terrace, uncovered terrace, and balcony, all offering views of the surrounding mountains. The private outdoor pool is open approximately from mid-April to mid-October, with exact dates depending on weather conditions. A shared children's pool, an outdoor shower, and a private grill are also at your disposal.



4 shared on-site parking spaces, 1 shared garage spot, and parking available in the street provide convenient options for your vehicles. Please note that events are not allowed on the property. As the home is located in the heart of the village, guests are kindly asked to respect the surrounding environment and neighbors.
