These spectacular views of the Lower Harbor area can be enjoyed from within the house as well as from the deck situated above the fully fenced back yard. The deck-top hot tub is operational year-round, and is the perfect place to watch 4th of July fireworks, the first snowfall, and everything in between. In addition to the hot tub and deck, the property's outdoor amenities include a propane grill and fire pit. A quick drive or 10 minute stroll will land you in the heart of Marquette as this house sits at an ideal launch point to the downtown and Lower Harbor areas. Directly in view is the Founder's Landing portion of our highly acclaimed lakeside bike path, which stretches for miles between nationally ranked mountain biking trails on one end and the famed Black Rocks of Presque Isle Park on the other. The perfect location, blocks from downtown Marquette, Lake Superior, and a short driving distance to several hiking and scenic experiences.
