  • This second floor walk up apartment is in the back of a beautiful Victorian home located in the center of town. The location is a half block from Third street downtown area with shops and restaurants. This apartment comes with access to a shared fitness room and sauna area. You are 4 blocks from the sandy Lake Superior beach as well a 2-3 miles from trails, ski hill, NMU, hospital and 2 blocks from Blackrocks brewery tasting pub. The Apartment is a studio with mini kitchen with cooktop, microwave, small fridge, coffee pot, and Cable TV. There is a small TV room with a futon off of the bathroom.
