Blue Harbor View is located near the entrance to downtown Marquette with panoramic Lake Superior views and easy walking access to the harbor, shoreline trails, cafés, and breweries.

Because of this central location near Front Street, guests will hear typical downtown vehicle traffic, especially during daytime hours and busier summer weekends

If you are seeking a very quiet, rural environment, this may not be the best fit. Guests who value lake views, walkability, and close access to downtown typically find the location ideal.

A new energy-efficient mini-split air-conditioning system has been installed in April 2026.

Guests are required to e-sign our guest contact form and rental agreement within 7 days of booking. This confirms reservation details, house policies, and emergency contact information.
