The location is wonderful - right across the street from the Brewery and walking distance from shopping and dining. Convenient for meeting up with others and as a "home base" for day trips. My only caution is for those who are sensitive to noise - if there are people in the other two units you'll hear footsteps/doors, etc. and there is some brewery noise (live music most nights I was there!) We were able to walk to just about everything. The pictures in the listing are out of date and should be updated. We could hear the music from the Black Rock Brewery across the street, as well as creeking floors from the upstairs tenents, but neither of these bothered us enough to be disappointed with our choice. I would recommend some updating of the kitchen and bath. There was not a lot of space in the bathroom for our things, and the medicine cabinet had previous renter items.
