Convenient and comfortable
The Ibis (Reims Centre) was a great place to stay - right next to the station...very handy as I was travelling with a stupidly-heavy case! A warm welcome at Reception, which is also part of the very wacky bar area. Room nice and comfortable, and surprisingly quiet, considering it was right next to the main station. I guess tea-making facilities in the room would have been an added bonus, but the price was very reasonable, so i can understand why this would be provided. I'd be very happy to stay at the Reims centre Ibis again.

Convenient and comfortable
Very easy hotel to walk to from the Gare Ville in Reims. I liked the public area - a big, open space with a bar and a small menu. The staff were polite and efficient. The room was a good size, but the bathroom was small. It was clean, but a bit worn, and I felt comfortable there. It is a good bet if you are looking for no frills.

The reception was friendly and a good start. The room is a mean size with a minuscule shower and toilet. We have a dog with us and had to put her bed under the desk as no room for it. The worse thing was the carpet which was covered in old stains which made me reluctant to stand on in bare feet.

Great location at a good price.
Very friendly and helpful staff, good breakfast and handy bar/lounge area, in a good location for train & car travellers. Station car-park pedestrian entrance is ~ 25m from front door of hotel. V.small, but well kept bathrooms, carpets getting tired.

Great location next to train station
I spent one overnight when travelling by train from Paris to do the champagne tour in Reims. The hotel is within sight of the rain station and within sight of the tour pick up location. Plus, they let me leave my bags until after the champagne tour. Hotel was clean, quiet, comfortable and safe. Staff was very accommodating.

Good hotel for traveling throughout the region
The location of the hotel is fantastic. It's next to the train station so buses and trains for traveling throughout the region are at your doorstep. The lobby is nice and vibrant in the evening. The rooms are clean and serviceable.

Disappointing
The bathroom was not particularly clean and having paper sheets was very unpleasant. I did not think it was worth the price.There was a problem with my booking and I was told that I did not have a room for my second night even though I showed my booking.

The rooms are tiny, but clean. The bathroom is very small, similar to the size of a cruise ship cabin. The bed isn’t the most comfortable in the world, but still lent itself to a decent nigh’s sleep, and with great air conditioning there isn’t much to complain about for the price. The location is very good, right next door to the train station and walkable to most locations you might want to visit in Reims itself.

OK for a very short stay. Typical IBIS student uni type accommodation. Room very small with very little room to hang any clothes up etc & en-suite tiny & cramped. Location near the station & easy to walk into the centre.

Great lobby area and great location!
This hotel is a great location - just by the train station and a quick walk into town. Easy taxi ride to champagne houses too. Loved the downstairs lobby area - not like any Ibis I have ever stayed in before - it has loads of space to hang out, lots of plugs, free pinball machine and free table football!!
