"I love that there is a full kitchen, a closed off bedroom, and a fireplace, the ground floor is WONDERFUL for having pets and sitting outside relaxing. The room we had however smelled heavy of mildew and mold in the carpets and kitchen drawers but, its was fine for what we needed. They should probably ripe the carpet out of 117. Advisable tip only. Still enjoyed our stay, like always! "

"It was quiet. The rooms were clean but had a faint smell when we walked in not sure what it was. Liked the fact it had a kitchenette that was very convient. Next time want to stay longer. Loved the gift shops and going down to the beach to fly kites."

"We spent three nights at The Grey Gull. Even though this property has been there for years, it has been well maintained. Our ground level, end unit was spotless with a good amount of space for our family of two adults and two children. The kitchen was well stocked and the queen size beds were so comfy. The expansive lawn bordering the pool and jacuzzi just outside our sliding door was a wonderful open area for the kids to run and play. All in all, it was a good value and we had a great stay. "

"Very beautiful location! View from the room is so amazing! The room is spacious and quiet. Their propane is not working so no hot water but they let us know in advance. The front desk lady Autumn wasn’t at her best with me when we first arrived but upon later interactions she was trying harder to be nice and helpful."
