This is a substantial cottage with ample room for a family. The three bedrooms with en suite was a real boon. The kitchen is well equipped with all you need for a self catering holiday. There are walks right from the door and it really is a tranquil spot, with plenty of parking. There is a small caravan site for 5 caravans 50 yards away, but no kids and no noise. If you want good internet connectivity, you're in the wrong area; it works but no good for streaming. The plumbing is a bit noisy (loo cistern in double room particularly) and some of the toilet seats could do with replacing. The sofa and armchairs aren't the most comfortable, but overall a great base for exploring the Lincolnshire Wolds, with Lincoln itself less than 1/2 hour's drive.
