The EV charger is a big plus John's house was wonderful - clean, with ample space, a beautiful gazebo, and a well stocked kitchen. The location is ideal - about 50 minute drive from Yosemite entrance, so not too close but not too far for a family with a car. The EV charging is a big plus for folks with EVs, as it saves folks the hassle of needing to spend time charging during their trip. John's communication was great too, with the one small nit being not explicitly calling out that there is a pet cleaning fee in the listing itself. It is located about 8 miles southeast of Mariposa and you use the Rock Arch entrance to Yosemite, about 40 miles away. The house is older, but super clean and the area is rural and quiet. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and the rooms have USB hookups which is a nice touch. The WiFi is in and out, but doable. The kitchen was fully quipped with nearly everything you could need. It was perfect for my mother who uses a walker. The place is in the country and the front yard gets some frogs in the evening which my niece enjoyed. John and Beth have a sense of humor based on the signs around the house. ##### Stacie A.
