Everything was as described in the listing, the noise from the upstairs apartment was noticeable but minimal. The only issue was with the satellite Dish TV. With a couple days of heavy cloud cover we were unable to receive a signal, I did have my Firestick so was able to stream TV over the internet. ##### Jim S.
