Mariposa Gold

This lovely cottage is a gem! It has everything you need for a relaxing visit. Downtown is close by for shopping and dining. We enjoy staying here every time we visit Mariposa.

Mariposa stay

Robin's Nest was a great place to stay. We had about a one hour drive to Yosemite Valley. Robyn and Trace were fantastic hosts and gave us wonderful information about Yosemite and surrounding area. Our room was spacious, clean and perfect for us. We'd certainly stay there again.

Perfect for two!

Excellent value for a stay for two. We loved the home - just right, great location, and quiet. We would like to give a special shout-out to the owners - they are the best. They are prompt with replies and took time to talk to us about Yosemite and the area surrounding Mariposa. We have never felt so welcome in a VRBO home. Thank you!

Lovely guest home and property!

We had a great time at this lovely guest home! The home was cozy and the gardens and pool were lovely! The property managers were charming, warm and welcoming - would definitely stay there again.

Wonderful private place with great hosts

We had a great stay at Robin’s Nest. The place was very clean and spacious for our two nights. Trace and Robn were hospitable and provided plentiful suggestions for visiting Yosemite. The hosts were available when we needed them, and they gave us space when necessary. We would love to stay here again!

Beautiful home

We were there to hike Yosemite, and Robn’s home was the perfect place to come back to after a long day. The property is beautiful, hosts are welcoming and guided us on dynamite trails.

Perfect for Yosemite

Love these folks

The coziest home away from home near Yosemite. Hosts Robn and Trace are really great people and their recommendations and knowledge about hikes in the area is a huge plus. There are so many sweet, thoughtful touches in the guest house that make it the perfect place to stay. This was our second time visiting and we can’t wait to come back!

Home Away from Home

Robin's Nest was the perfect place to stay. The cottage is clean, cozy, and comfortable. Everything I needed was at my fingertips and the hosts are amazing! I enjoyed exploring Mariposa and the tips on Yosemite were the best. I highly recommend a stay at Robin's nest and hope I can someday return!

Amazing hosts, great stay

Great little "in law" studio apartment adjoining the hosts' home (attached to structure but separate in every way). Wonderful, friendly hosts, Trace is a treasure trove of knowledge about Yosemite. And has deep connections to it (ask him about his personal story if you rent the place).Hwy 140 was unfortunately blocked off just prior to my visit, and the hosts contacted me offering me the flexibility to reschedule my trip (I did not, as I had planned from before and did not have the flexibility).I enjoyed my stay very much and will be back to explore Yosemite some more.

Great Little Spot to Stay While Visiting Yosemite

My spouse and I stayed here during our long weekend exploring Yosemite. It had everything we needed to make simple meals and relax after a long day of activities. Yosemite Haven

My husband and I stayed here for a couple of nights while visiting Yosemite National Park. We were very comfortable and had everything we needed. This property is just so charming. The hosts are so very nice and welcoming and go above and beyond to make sure you enjoy your stay. After hiking in Yosemite, we were able to enjoy the pool in their garden area which they are so generous to share with their guests. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend to others!

Perfect “nest”

This was the perfect place to stay while exploring Yosemite! Everything was well thought out with such detail making it cozy and comfortable. The host had a variety of maps and books on the park. The list of suggested hikes was awesome. My only regret was that we were not able to spend more time there.

First time in Mariposa

We really enjoyed our stay at Robin's Nest. The place was very clean and very cozy. All of the amenities were there, just as stated online. And the pictures you see online are what you see in person. But to be honest, it's way better in person. We had no issues with our stay. I have the feeling we'll be back!

Wonderful location . Ease to Yosemite was quintessential. Best part of the stay were our hosts. Quiet and relaxing

Perfect for two or one guests. Provides the flexibility to be close to Yosemite and other small/large towns for day trips or just to relax. Very comfortable furnishings. Hosts are very welcoming and flexible. We had several negative hits to our travel schedule but when we arrived at 4:00 am our hosts had our accommodations waiting. Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing stay.

I lovely, rare find😊

Our hosts were lovely! Friendly, genuine, very accommodating, and even offered to record the playoff game for the Baltimore Orioles since we were hiking, all day in Yosemite, and invited us to watch it with them that evening, on their lovely patio next to the pool :- The apartment is perfect, quiet, private, and fully stocked with just about everything you may need and then some! We would absolutely choose to stay here again, anytime in the future‼️😊
