"Pros:SpaciousCleanUpdated appliances, etc.Big DeckPlenty of seating inside and outClose to shoppingGarage space for one vehicle if neededgood communication from hostCons:Close to busy road, you will hear the trafficNot a lot of yard spaceVery Steep, rocky, backyard with no carved out path down to the fire pit (there is a deck fire pit, so not a big deal).There are some general maintenance things that should have been taken care of, especially since the house was supposed to have been inspected by a vrbo rep prior to our stay (according to property manager): multiple burnt out light bulbs. Both coffee makers didn't work properly. The sliding glass door from the dining room was very difficult to open and close, had to spend time cleaning the tracks just to make it somewhat manageable for the stronger people in the party to open, still very difficult. Basement TV was broken (screen cracked from pool balls I'm guessing). Loft pullout couch was broken so only could accommodate a child. Many broken or missing slats in the windows and some in the vertical blinds. These things should've been addressed but it appears as if they have been like that for some time.Keep in mind that the dock is about a 1/3 of a mile to walk, and it's all hill. We knew that coming in so I'm not docking anything for that, just want to remind people of this. Might be good to bring wagon, scooter, bike etc. to get items down to the boat/dock. Thank you for a great stay!"

"Privacy!!! Privacy!!! Loved the ability to get away! The large pond/lake did not have a boat Lauch...doesn't allow motorized or electric...however, we brought a family of kayaks and the kayaking was Amazing!!! A Family Memory!!! This is NOT a HILTON! This is a property in progress. Our family had a wonderful time. A plus is a campground and a store across road. Convenient! Kids loved Perfect Hot tub... but no air conditioning in the at extra bedroom...fan provided, Main home very clean. Thanks for DVDS provided. Used the lovely back deck often."

"We traveled for the Oshkosh Air Show. Accommodations in the area were at a premium. The location and price worked for us. The property includes some older buildings that appear to have monthly rentals. The main building itself was fine. We had a few problems in our room. When staff was contacted the issues were resolved immediately."
