Friendly staff. Towels and toiletries were missing but quickly brought when I asked the front desk. Lumpy comforter. The tub was dirty. Likely cleaned recently but still looked dirty.

The property is nice. Check in was quick and easy. Staff are nice and welcoming. Rooms are very clean. Love the clean white bedding!!

The room was amazing. I stayed in the oversized King Suite with jetted tub. Bed was comfortable. Room amenities great. Very polite front desk and housekeeping. Good breakfast. Just needed a couple days to myself. I only live about 15 min away. And it was perfect for it.

Accommodating staff
Great location with a friendly staff. The elevator was down so they gave us an upgraded suite that was on the 1st floor. The mattress was broke down and needed replaced and it seemed like some of the amenities were outdated but overall it was a good stay because of the accommodating staff.

Room was not clean, elevator was dirty and smelled like smoke. Parking lot was a disaster, but they are repaving it. Something must have happened on the second floor in the hallway because it smelled weird and there were huge drying fans all over. The bed itself was clean and comfortable, but the floor, chair, and toilet were not.

Not the best choice of hotel to stay
I have to admit that we were pretty disappointed in this hotel. Our toilet, sink, and mirror weren't cleaned and one of the trash cans in our room still had trash in it. The breakfast was okay, but the sausages weren't very warm and both of the juices were out. Probably not a place we would choose to stay again if we didn't have to.

Because of extreme road construction, it was a maze like experience getting to the hotel. Many many rural roads and turns. Coming from Columbus, Oh. it was very annoying that there were no highway roads with a more direct approach.

after the trauma of going to the Bilss in Marrion, we were elated when we found rooms at Best western late that night. It was night and day. It was clean and friendly. very comfortable. What a relief. Nila Thank you for taking care of us.

This was my favorite place to stay on a long trip with dogs. Property is a bit dated but was exceptionally clean. Lots of lovely grass to walk pups tired of the car. And amazing Brit restaurant (Payne's) within walking distance. I would return just to be able to go back to the restaurant!

Disappointed in Gas City
Beds were comfortable, not much service. We asked for 2 clean hand towels and 2 washcloths in the morning before we left and expected to find them in the room when we returned later in the afternoon. Had to take the dirty ones down to the desk and was given clean ones. A little disappointed, we have stayed at other BW Plus which were very nice. Bathroom floor needed cleaning also.

Upon arrival there was notice on door that water was undrinkable unless boiled. I thought the response should have been bottle water to guests, but they only provided water from a cooler. I did not have a water pitcher, or pot to boil, or stove, or glass appropriate to use in microwave, and at that ice would also be contaminated. For the expense of the room for 1 night at $274.00, it would not have hurt them too much for expense of providing drinkable water. Even discount tire provides free water.
