"We rented this property for a birthday getaway. The host picks you up in a pontoon boat and shuttles you over, she was very nice and helped us load and unload everything including my toddler. The weather was great, the slide and kayaks were utilized and everyone had a blast. The kitchen was fully stocked with most cooking things you could ask for. The main bedroom's bed frame may need fixing, perhaps the previous guests broke it during their stay. Otherwise everything was great!"

"We came in to deal with some family business in the area and decided to stay at Doug & Mimi's cabin. They were very accommodating, as our flights were all late. They have a very clean and accessible cabin. It's far enough to get some glorious views (sunset and star) and close enough to be in town quickly. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for some solitude, but amenities near by. Doug and Mimi were awesome, informative and hospitable. First class host!"

The host provided us with a stick of butter, huckleberry jelly and a loaf of bread and that was perfect for our first morning until we could go to the store. The remote for the bedroom went out and they had it replaced in just a few hours. Would definitely stay here again! The host was very responsive to any/all of our needs!"
