Direkt am Meer, mit eigenem Pool und Stellplatz. Sevid ist ein sehr kleiner Ort, geboten wird nicht viel, aber das nötige ist vorhanden. Am Strand gibt es eine kleine Cafebar, einen Bäcker bei dem man auch Eis kaufen kann, und etwas entfernt vom Strand ist ein kleiner Supermarkt. Ein Restaurant ist auch vorhanden, bei dem man Pizza und Fisch- sowie Fleischgerichte bekommt. Auch Pizza To Go ist möglich. Wir hatten unseren Aufenthalt Mitte Mai. Zu dieser Zeit und das war Schade ist im Ort leider noch alles Geschlossen. Der Supermarkt, Eisladen und auch die Bar am Strand hatte noch nicht geöffnet. Für Einkäufe oder zb. Abend Essen musste mann daher immer entweder in das 10km entfernte Marina oder in das 14km entfernte Rogoznica (mehr Auswahl) fahren. Das kann mühsam sein. Wenn man, so wie wir, das erste Mal ein Ferienhaus anmietet, kommen im Vorfeld (wohl unweigerlich) auch mal "Horrorvorstellungen": Klappt alles mit der Vermittlung? Entspricht die Unterkunft den Erwartungen bzw. gleicht sie in etwa den Fotos? Oder, noch schlimmer, existiert sie überhaupt? # Spätestens als wir durch das Tor fuhren, waren ALLE Zweifel verflogen! Der Vermieter, ein überaus netter Herr, empfing uns, zeigte uns den Außenbereich und anschließend die beiden Wohnungen (Wir hatten das komplette Haus zur alleinigen Nutzung gemietet). Wir waren mehr als begeistert und stellten fest, dass es bei allem keinen Unterschied zwischen den gezeigten Fotos und der Realität gab. Die sehr sauberen, hochwertig und geschmackvoll eingerichteten Wohnungen als auch der sehr gepflegte Außenbereich (auf dem sich unser Hund trotzdem frei bewegen durfte) begeisterten uns. Dazu (natürlich) der eigene Swimmingpool und das Meer wirklich direkt vor der Tür (raus aus dem Tor, 10 Meter über den Schotterweg und man stand im Mittelmeer #) rundeten den Urlaub für uns UND unseren Hund # ab!
