Outdoor shower, terrace (50 m2), garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, trampoline, washing machine. 25 m long narrow motor access to the house. Parking at the house on the premises. Grocery 2 km, supermarket 4.2 km, restaurant 2.2 km, bus stop "Milasi 2" 130 m, pebble beach 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: airfield 23 km from the property.
