Hand-carved stones placed in the retaining walls of the parcel and an energy-efficient building with large glass surfaces are an excellent mix. Located in a secluded bay of Vinisce near the centers of Marina and Trogir where a high level of intimacy and tranquility is guaranteed. The villas are built on a steep hillside and have a breathtaking view of the sea and the offshore islands. Through a private staircase of the resort leads directly to the natural stone beach in front of it with crystal clear water in a few steps. The house was built on 2 levels with an internal staircase in the middle. On the ground floor a wide and open space with a cozy living room corner, spacious dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Including extended picture and sound package. Behind a guest room with sofa bed which can also be used as a work or games room and private access to the terrace. In addition, a guest toilet and the boiler room with storage space and sink. The upper floor is divided into 3 bedrooms en suite, each with its own balcony. Each room has a king-size double bed which can also be converted into two single beds if required. From 2 rooms you can enjoy an open sea view from the bed. The functional bathrooms all have a shower with toilet and sink. On the terrace raised tiles bring anti-slip security especially for children while running. A heated pool in the L-format invites you to enjoy swimming in the off-season. Comfortably designed pool loungers and matching exquisite lounge furniture invite you to relax and chill out in the sun. With an outdoor grill including summer kitchen you sit happily in the shady corner of the terrace and experienced especially in the evening in connection with the fantastic view an extensive palate. The villas are accessed via a narrow gravel road and a steep driveway. On the own carport behind the house you can park 1-2 cars. The small center of Vinisce with a few local restaurants, bars, supermarkets and the local pebble beach can be reached by car in about 5 minutes. Das Wetter im Oktober war einfach phantastisch, das Meer angenehm warm und der Pool noch wärmer. Hier ist es sehr angenehm ruhig. Man hört nur das Meer und abends die Grillen. Trotz einem ausdrücklichen Hinweis vom Vermieter gleich nach Buchungsabschluss sind wir dennoch unglücklicherweise mit unserem etwas tiefergelegtem Auto angereist, was nicht ganz so toll war, da man zum Haus nur über eine enge Schotterstrasse kommt und zum Schluss eine sehr steile Abfahrt runter muss. Aber es war rein unsere Schuld gewesen da wir den Hinweis vergessen hatten. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder, aber dann entweder mit einem SUV oder zumindest Auto mit normaler Höhe zur Strasse. ##### Sofia G. Ausstattung TOP, warmer Pool, und das Meer direkt vor der Haustür. Wir haben die Ruhe sehr Genossen. In der Nähe gibt es einen Fischer wo man täglich frisch gefangenen Fisch kaufen und dann am Grill der Villa grillen kann. Sehr lecker. Man muss wissen die Villa liegt etwas abseits wo man über einen Schotterweg fahren muss und zum Schluss eine sehr steile Abfahrt runter muss.
