Beachfront Villa Mila M with Pool is a comfortable and modern vacation rental in Vinisce, a peaceful village in the Trogir area of Croatia. Perfect for up to 9 guests, this villa is located just 10 meters from the sea, offering stunning views and easy beach access.  
The villa covers 300 m² and features four spacious bedrooms. Each bedroom has a king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, and access to a private balcony or terrace with a sea view, ensuring privacy and relaxation for every guest. Next to one of the bedrooms, there is a 10 m² study, ideal for reading or quiet work. The additional bed is located in the study room – a sofa with a width of 160 cm that can be extended and used as a spare bed, especially suitable for two children.  
The living area is designed with comfort in mind, and the fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The villa's cozy and modern style provides a welcoming atmosphere, making it a great space to unwind after a day of exploring the area.  
The outdoor area is a highlight of this property. The 28 m² heated pool is surrounded by six beach chairs and sun umbrellas, creating the perfect spot to soak up the sun. An outdoor shower adds convenience, and the dining area is ideal for enjoying meals outside. The garden is well maintained, and the sea-view terrace offers a peaceful setting to relax.  
For those who enjoy water activities, the villa comes with two stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), providing a fun way to explore the Adriatic coastline. Additional amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, two free parking spaces, and a garage.
