Die Wohnung ist sehr groß und geräumig und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Der einzige große Minuspunkt ist die Zufahrt zum Objekt. Die Zufahrt ist nicht für Autos, die etwas tiefer sind, geeignet. Auch die Straße an der Ferienwohnung wird stark befahren, so dass es sehr laut werden kann. In der Wohnung sind in jedem Zimmer Klimaanlagen.
