"This is a cosy guest house with very friendly and helpful staff located in the city centre of Civitavecchia. It is within walking distance to the seaside promenade, Fort Michelangelo, cathedral and a delicious pizza restaurant nearby that offers freshly baked pizzas like Napoli Margherita pizza with Anchovies, wild mushrooms pizza. It’s so close to the cruise terminal which is a good option for travelers to stay for a few days before boarding the cruise ship. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there and truly appreciate the personal service provided by Filippo and his lady coworker. We would definitely stay there again if we plan to visit Civitavecchia in future."

Did not explore much around the hotel we are so tired from flying 8.5 hours. Drive to cruise ship terminal is not far which is good. Thank you Ana!"

"A great little place in Italy. Great price. Clean. Nice big towels. Everything you need the days before a cruise. Right in downtown Civitavecchia. Steps away from restaurants and little shops. Close to free town shuttle. 10 minute walk to where tours start. Lovely helpful gentleman that runs the place. Answers all your questions with great patience. Adequate breakfast. Prepackaged buns. Juices, yogurt, water and beer left in fridge for you. Kettle with teas and coffee. All you really need. "

"The property was in a great area, near the waterfront. There were a lot of great restaurants within easy walking distance. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was very quiet at night. The host was amazingly helpful. She arranged transportation from the airport to the property, as well as transportation to the port after our stay."
