#### Vilamoura’s deluxe hotels, trendy bars and busy marina border this popular sandy beach, where deck chairs and Jet Skis are available to rent.

Marina Beach is the main bay area in the village of Vilamoura. It is a flat and spacious strip of golden sand decked by sunbeds, umbrellas and a few quaint restaurants. Enjoy the lively ambiance and chat with locals and vacationers on this busy beach in the midst of resorts.

Walk out along one of the extended piers that frame the beach on each side. The ends of these jetties offer unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean around you. Look back on the beach and snap photos of the sandy strip, backed by palm trees and exclusive hotels.

Have some excitement with the thrilling watersports options available here. Go on a turbulent banana boat ride and try parasailing and Jet Skiing. Enjoy the hot summer afternoons by sunbathing on a deck chair, before going for a swim in the Atlantic Ocean to cool down.

Remain on the beach to watch the sunset, as the day’s last rays create a golden atmosphere. At night, the bars and clubs backing onto the beach come alive with sound and light. Attend one of the beach parties taking place here throughout summer. You can also go on boat trips from the adjacent marina to the various islands of the Algarve.

The area is also known simply as Vilamoura Beach. Note that lifeguards watch over the waters here in summer. This makes the strand, which is free to access at all times, popular with families.

Enjoy a leisurely walk west along neighboring beaches and gaze up at the majestic cliff face, stained red and orange. This long stretch of sand is a little quieter and more secluded as it leads toward Albufeira.

Marina Beach lies between the Vilamoura Marina and the Quarteira Harbor on Portugal’s southern coast. Explore the district for other bays, such as Rocha Baixinha Nascente Beach, Tomates Beach and Alfamar Beach.

Outstanding hotel, upgraded on arrival. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful. Excellent pools for kids, great kids club, very good gym. We were not even playing golf, just a great place regardless of golfing or not. On site restaurants/cafes a little too expensive if staying on site. Recommend hiring a car to get out and explore local vicinity/restaurants etc. overall fantastic hotel for a family or couples.
