Clean and comfortable with appropriate amenities including a pool. The VRBO listing map indicated Marigot area with a 12min walk to the Tourist Office and 6 min walk to Fort St. Louis. The apt was not in Marigot but on the other side of the island in the Cul de Sac neighborhood. The water is being rationed in that area so there was no water during the day after 900 or 1000 am and sometimes at night. Water usually came on again about 5pm. Had to plan when to shower and use the toilet. Washing machine was broken. When I asked about the incorrect location and description in the listing, the owner said she did not write that and it must have been the website she used to list the property and the website edited it incorrectly. The apt is secure in a gated community and has a view of Pinel Island and you can walk to the ferry boats to transport you to Pinel Island. ##### Bette W.
