We're in a little valley over here and utilities are slow due to that. I've tried what I can including upgrading to satellite Internet which allows me to browse the web or stream Netflix. It cannot handle multiple devices at once, which was stated clearly before the trip started. Ditto on the hot tub, either I miss-checked that box or something happened when VRBO recently changed their amenities. No hot tub in any pictures either, although I really wish I had one. I'd be using it quite often while listening to the river in the back yard. Unfortunately, ratings here are not like hotels and more like Uber. Anything below 5 stars is seen by both VRBO and me as a failure and I apologize that your trip didn't meet or exceed your expectations. I am continuously trying to improve and upgrade the listing so please check back!
