"The house is gorgeous and huge!! We were 2 families with 4 teens, and the accommodations were perfect. North Side location is great - just far enough out of the craziness, but quick walk if you are looking for action. It’s also really convenient to the walking trail to San Pancho, which was a great way to spend a day! Can’t recommend this place enough!"

"We have stayed in several different units through the years at Playa Royale and this was our favorite! Better than the pictures. Well equipped kitchen and nice that there is a washer/dryer. Grocery is short walk where you can purchase detergent and other items. Comfortable bed and plenty of closets/hangers. Loved the balcony and enjoyed meals out there too. Owners were very helpful when we needed instructions on how to operate TV. Already booked for next year!"

"Overall, this unit is perfect. It's the nicest unit in PDM that we've stayed in. The unit itself is beautifully decorated and works well for two families with young kids. Uriel was always available and super helpful as property manager. Mina was incredible - her food is some of the best we had during our week in Mexico. She is incredibly kind and can't do enough to help. We would absolutely stay here again and are already planning a return trip. I couldn't recommend Natalie's place more."

"great stay at Susana's beach front apartment/condo. the location on the beach was quiet and safe gentle waves and about a 15 minute walk into town. The condo is clean and decorated in a rustic mexican style. Secure locking and alarm system. Rocio (staff) was on the grounds most days was very helpful. Overall, would recommend this stay for you and your family."

We improvised and managed to cook everything using the cook top in the condo (there is no oven). "Everything was perfect right from the time we booked this hotel. Check in was seamless, staff is super friendly and the whole property is spotless. We had a family suite on the bottom floor and it was perfect, lots of room for our 3 young kids. There is plenty of bottled water on each floor, a good pizza shop attached to the building plus a convenience and beer store less than a minute walk up the street.
