The lively cities of Chandler, Mesa, Scottsdale, and downtown Phoenix are within 35 miles away.

The home boasts a beautiful enclosed backyard that is the definition of endless entertainment and relaxation. Treat yourself to soothing baths in the covered hot tub while the rest of the group enjoys a refreshing splash in the heated outdoor pool with a waterfall. There are numerous poolside loungers where you can work on your tan, a poolside dining area, a covered patio with a lounge area and a TV, and a BBQ station with a gas grill and bar seating.

Inside, this air-conditioned gem features two separate living areas, a gorgeous formal dining table, and a well-equipped chef's kitchen. The main living room houses several sofas strategically placed near a large smart TV with streaming services where you can catch up on your favorite series during your stay. The second living area is perfect as a gathering spot to plan your next adventures. A beautiful, sparkly, and tall Christmas tree adorns this place. The open kitchen has been appointed with all stainless steel appliances that will make cooking a breeze, including a Keurig coffee maker. Attached to the kitchen is a laundry room with a washer/dryer. The primary suite boasts a smart TV and an en suite bath that has access to the back patio.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
