Premium room and food at a reasonable price. Everything we wanted to see and enjoy was close and the day to get to. The staff was very pleasant and could speak English. We never had a problem communicating what we needed.

This hotel is in the perfect location in Graz. Just out the door there is tons of shopping and dining options. It’s also about a 20min walk from the train station. The staff was so nice and helpful! The rooms are spacious, clean and nice beds. The decorations in the hotel also added a charming look to it. I would recommend this hotel and would easily book it again.

The hotel is fine and in decent condition. The walls are thin enabling me to hear my neighbors' TV. The staff were generally unable to converse in English and thus I had to use my broken German to try to get by - this resulted in my interactions with all but one person (a waitress at breakfast) being ...
