The Preber Penthouse is located on the 1st floor of an alpine-style house. It is a very spacious apartment with top designer furniture, spanning 127 m². Throughout the accommodation, one has a view into the wooden roof structure. It features 2 double rooms, as well as 1 bedroom with a double bed plus a sofa bed for a total of 9 people. Two bathrooms, a guest toilet, a washing machine with dryer function, internet connection (WiFi), hairdryer in each bathroom, and two television sets are part of the extensive apartment's equipment. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, dishwasher, many useful cooking utensils, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster, and a kettle. The pine wood sauna hut is only 30m away and located directly on a stream. It can be used free of charge. Outdoor private parking (2 spaces) plus additional spaces upon request are directly at the house.
