I did not receive the room that was advertised. My room was supposed to include a kitchen and two beds. I received a room with a single bed and no kitchen. The property stated they gave me a single bed because I was alone and felt I didn't need two beds. They refused to give me the room I paid for. I also asked to be moved closer to the front because I was alone and my room was in the back of the property. It was very dark at night and I had to walk alone. They refused to move me. Expedia was very slow to help with my concerns. Ultimately they were unable to get my room changed. An Expedia rep gave me 125 key credits. He said it was not a part of my refund but a compen

Sublime looking and breath taking is the location. I have been here numerous times and my family and I are always impress with everything. The beach is breath taking, crystal clear water and white sand. Numerous water activities available. I highly recommend this place.

This will be my fourth stay we really enjoy this resort staff is friendly and accommodating . During the reservation process things were missed that were requested . Also we never received our bottles of rum as previous years and as our Expedia perks for any of the rooms our party (we had other reservations thru Expedia for family members) we did ask and they assured they would place it next day which they never did. The beach is beautiful with lots of coral for snorkeling. Only annoyance on the beach is relaxing and having to stop every few minutes to say no thank you
To the hair braider, massagers and people selling items. Other than these small things I look foward to my next stay !!!
