In the district of Hinterthal 3 km from the centre of Hinterthal, 7 km from the centre of Maria Alm, 14 km from the centre of Saalfelden, in a sunny, elevated position, 200 m from the skiing area. In the house: WiFi, sauna, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, washing machine, tumble dryer, ski boot dryer. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars) at the house. Supermarket 7 km, bus stop "Pirnbach" 450 m, railway station "Saalfelden" 14 km. Golf course (18 hole) 10 km, ski lift 200 m, ski school 500 m, cross country ski track 10 m. Die Kommunikation vor Ort läuft über eine Reinigungsfirma und lässt sich nicht mit der Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft vergleichen, die man normalerweise von Airbnb oder privaten Eigentümern gewohnt ist.
