This is an old building that it looks like they are trying to repair. The staff was friendly and helpful, however until major renovations can be completed, there is only so much they can do. The bathroom and linens were clean so it works on a budget. While there is little management can do about it, the property is not in the safest area, however it was located fairly centrally in town.

Great stay, right by the ferry terminal. Staff were very helpful. Drivers were great and helpful with pick up and drop offs. Restaurants were great, staff were wonderful with my 6 year old and his desires for plain food, they made fish especially for him with “none of the extras”, plus a side of ketchup.

Very clean, quiet and quaint hotel!! Will definitely stay here again. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Great walkable downtown location. Bonus it is connected to a restaurant/lounge.

"This was a magical experience for my family. The treehouse is even better than the pictures. The owners are very friendly and had great communication during our stay - including a text to let us know a pod of orcas were about to swim by.
