"Brand new hotel , very clean , check in staff was very good. Would’ve been great to have a better rate considering the hotel had few people staying. "

"When we checked in there was no one at the desk we had to call the hotel to let them know we were at the front desk. The clerk came from the office which was right behind the front desk, but the office window blind was shut, if the blind was open she would have saw us right away. There was no vending machine to get water or ice or any drinks of any kind. The pool area closed which was fine but the whole area was full of boxes and looked like a messy storage area. The hot tub had a patio table in it. Was clean, breakfast was passable, but no juice was available. Only coffee and tea."

However the hotel owner did not honour what was listed on Expedia booking, as when I booked it specifically said meals were included and no the hotel did not provide any meal, no water bottle nothing. The room was not prepared in advance as well, not fresh towels every day. No paper towels, No Kleenex. Overall terrible experience, the only good thing was the staff the friendly. "
