Overall is a great stay. Hotel location is especially good. The only thing I hope would be better is the air conditioning, we caught the heatwave, and the air conditioning didn’t work the second night.

Muy buena opción. Totalmente céntrico y se puede acceder muy fácilmente al transporte público. La Gran Vía es siempre una gran opción para hospedarse en Madrid.

Beautiful hotel, massive, great views and bar. Pool was very small for such a large hotel. Rooms were fine, though on the small side. Did not like the transparent bathroom door- if your partner gets up to go in the middle of the night, it lights up room. Location is very good. Breakfast very nice though same every day.
