Great location, fantastic chef/owner who is very personable and always cares about the patrons. Been returning to this hotel for the past 8 years. The food, wine pairing are incredible reflecting the talent and the passion of the owner. Wonderful Baden-W ürttemberg in southwest Germany, on the edge of the Black Forest. Spa and pool complete the package and its location ideal for a short stop to continue travel to France, north or south Germany or for spending a few days exploring Freiburg.
