Located in the heart of Auvergne, 45 minutes from the ski resorts of Super Besse and Lioran.

The volcanoes of Auvergne are only 30 minutes away as is Clermont Ferrand.

5 minutes from the A75 and 10 minutes from Issoire.
Near the Valley of the Saints and the animal park of Auvergne.

We offer a large house very comfortable and modern for 4 to 15 people.
Ideal to spend good moments with family or friends.

House of about 200 m2:

- 1 fully equipped kitchen
- 1 large living room
- 3 bedrooms with double bed
- 1 large room for 9 persons (3 double beds, 2 single beds and 1 extra bed).

In a closed courtyard of 400 m2 with a garage of 90 m2 which can accommodate several vehicles.

Great place to host large family

Stayed here for a week while attending a wedding in the area. Would definitely vacation here again. We were two families staying together -- 12 people total. The cousins loved sharing the big dorm room, which was air conditioned. The two bathrooms were sufficient for our group.

Un Noël en famille parfait . La maison ainsi que tout le potentiel de jeux , ping pong et baby foot , ont eu énormément de succès. Espace très convivial et propriétaires très sympathiques. Une semaine ....trop court.

Demeure très sympa !

Maison très bien équipée et parfaitement propre, nous avons passé un excellent séjour en profitant des extérieurs et du barbecue pour déjeuner. Les villages environnants offrent de superbes randonnées entre 1 et 4 heures de marche. De plus, les propriétaires sont très arrangeants. Parfait pour des retrouvailles en famille dans un environnement calme et sécurisé. Nous recommandons vivement cette demeure ! Seul bémol, absence d'éclairage extérieur pour permettre des veillées prolongées dehors mais peut-être ne l'avons nous pas trouvé !

Idéal pour les regroupements familiaux

Un gîte très vaste, très propre, très bien équipé dans un pittoresque village du Dauphiné auvergnat. Beaucoup d'activités autour ( plusieurs villages intéressants, les paysages lunaires du plateau du Cézallier nommé la petite Mongolie, des châteaux, la surprenante vallée des saints, le vignoble de Boudes, un très beau parc animalier...) pour découvrir l'Auvergne autrement que sur ses célèbres volcans ( qui sont cependant non loin de là). Juste un petit conseil : un peu de décoration permettrait de rendre le gîte plus chaleureux.

Je n'ai pas l'habitude de laisser des commentaires, mais cette fois je le fais car ce séjour m'a marqué. Le logement est conforme aux photos sinon mieux. L'hôte était très réactif et agréable. Je ne peux que recommander ce logement.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment. Espace extérieur pratique et sécurisé pour les enfants avec table de Ping pong et terrain de pétanque. La maison est très bien équipée pour 15 personnes : vaisselle, équipements de cuisine très complets. Les chambres sont confortables. Les alentours offrent de belles promenades.
