"Property was clean except toilet bowl really stained not pleasant. Lots of gnats in the bedrooms and blood splats where many had been killed. Area well maintained but all a little dated, lots of overnight noise and lights going on and off."

The biggest problem we had were the stairs to the bedroom, and if you have to use the bathroom you will be using them to descend from the loft beds.
