Güleryüzlü, çalışkan, her konuda yardımcı ve çıkan ufak tefek sorunlarda son derece çözümcü otel personeli, yenilecek yemekler, gidilecek yerler, sıra gecesi gibi konularda çok isabetli önerileriyle bizi çok memnun ettiler. Otel son derece konforlu ve temiz, teras geceleri efsane ve kahvaltı çok güzel. Eski şehrin dar sokaklarında kapının önüne aracınızı çekebileceğiniz nadir otellerden biri. Mardin'de geçirdiğimiz bu keyifli üç gün için tüm personele, özellikle Ömer ve Mehmet'le teşekkür ederiz.
