"The property was everything as described in the listing. Well appointed home in a lovely, well maintained community. It was very clean and very nice. When we arrived, the main a/c unit downstairs was not cooling and the temperature was unpleasant. After reporting the problem to the property manager, the unit was repaired by noon the next day and cooled properly for the remainder of our stay. We were told the unit would be replaced after our stay. We would definitely enjoy staying here again on our next trip to Marco Island!"
