This 2,300 square foot house sleeps six, with one king bed, one queen, two fulls, and three bathrooms. It also comes with a two-car garage. The turquoise waterway lined with palms spreads out behind the house, creating a constant backdrop while you’re preparing meals in the kitchen, having a family dinner in the dining room, or relaxing in the living room. With an entire wall of floor-to-ceiling windows, the sparkling water is so vivid it feels like a vast blue tiled room just outside the window. See the photo of the sofas facing the transom windows above the sliding glass door, and how the image of water and sky fills the room? You’ll end up taking the same photo yourself. It’s impossible not to. The view is that remarkable. You’ll get an even closer look from the luxurious vantage point of your heated pool, out on the lanai. The house was immaculate and in a fabulous. The furniture is comfortable (yes, including the bed) and the kitchen is well stocked. The heated pool and dock cannot be beat! The master bath was the cherry on top. Rent bikes and you can ride everywhere! We had 2 minor issues with the AC and the pool and the rental company was there to repair within 15 minutes. Spacious, clean and well stocked home We are so glad we selected this home. It sits on a large bay at the end of a canal and we saw all sorts of wildlife - without facing other homes directly. But mostly the 2 walk to the beach was so convenient and the home is well stocked with beach and pool gear. Our teens enjoyed the pool and each having their own full/queen bed :). Reviewer Comments: This was a very nice vacation rental. The view was beautiful! Very clean and well equipped. We loved the kitchen with a wine fridge and an extra small fridge. There were plenty of kitchen utensils/supplies. We walked to the beach pulling a loaded wagon and it took us approximately 12 minutes. The pool was really nice and relaxing. The screened lanai had plenty of seating and table areas. My husband enjoyed fishing off the dock and appreciated the fish cleaning station. We did not think the privacy shades in the bedroom were adequate. They were too sheer. We walked outside and could still see way too clearly. They were very nice motorized shades but privacy draw drapes should be added. There were motorized shades on half of the back windows. This should be continued on to the rest. The beach equipment was very useful, however, one of the umbrellas was broken and we had to purchase one on our own. The master closet needs better lighting, and more drawer space would be helpful. The view is exceptional, the house is clean, and Andrew is awesome to work with. We were fortunate to see dolphins, tarpon, and other fish activity off the bay. The walking distance to the beach is a hop, skip and a jump and shopping is close. This home is highly recommended. Don't look any further. Grab this one while you can. The view from the lanai was terrific.We saw sting rays, tarpon, dolphins and magnificent sunrises.The home felt cozy and had areas for individuals to seek a quiet space.Would have liked it if there was a dresser in the master bedroom.The one drawback to this rental is the fact that it is located on a very busy street that is used as a short cut for cars and trucks.The property management folks are fabulous! They are a family who live on the island and are available to help with any requests from renters. They did a wonderful job trying to accommodate the governor's mandates relative to Covid19\. If you are lucky enough to work with them in the future give them a hearty thank you for all their efforts. There are many lessons to learn during this current pandemic and one of them is to show kindness to others as they are doing the best they can under very difficult circumstances.
