The only negative we experienced in the property was the condition and lack of furniture. The bedrooms lacked dressers with drawers to store our clothing so we worked out of our suitcases and what we could hang in the closets. The living room and dining furniture have seen their best days. On the positive, the bedrooms had very good mattresses and the management company always goes above and beyond when needed. The patio/pool area were an amazing place to spend most of our week. We had a few cool/cloudy days and the heated pool was a perfect activity. We enjoyed the kayaks and just being on the canal. We saw a few dolphins in the canal. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary - there are also cooking oil/spices/sugar/foil and other useful items on hand. The grill worked great and we often had supper in after a long day in the sun. The location is about a 1/2 mile walk from Old Marco - eating at LeeBees fish was delicious. The kitchen then had adequate pots and pans pol was heated. Loved having the bikes and kayaks as part of the rental as well as beach chairs. We kayaked and biked to the sunset and to the beach.Large walk in shower in master bath with 2 shower heads and in the second bathroom there was a walk-in shower. Master bedroom with door to pool was nice. We got sun in the morning and u til about 1:30 at the pool. There was a home being built across the canal when we were staying there and during the week it was very noisy. Location is great, close to shopping and beach. Definitely would rent this home again. Note when We went the kitchen cabinets had stuff left over from previous tenants, so there were spices and teas and aluminum foil. The check in process was a breeze. Just had to stop and pick up keys from their office, which happened to be 3 minutes from the house we were renting. The house itself was exceptional. More than my husband and I needed but we loved the location and having our own bathrooms. Everything was clean and they provided enough stuff to get us through our trip. The pool was great, we used it almost everyday. Although we didn't use most of the stuff provided, the house does come with kayaks, bikes, beach chairs and umbrellas. I enjoyed the simple landscape style and we were able to see dolphins in the canal a couple nights. Definitely would stay here again and recommend it to family and friends. Reviewer Comments: We stayed with two families (four adults and four children) for a week and had a wonderful time. The house is in very good condition (looks like it was partially renovated recently) and was spotless clean when we arrived. The location is very quiet and provides quick access to grocery stores, restaurants, marina, etc.The lap pool was a huge plus for the swimmers in our party since it allowed for more than just splashing around for the kids.The floating dock is great for kayaking trips and fishing with kids. We were lucky enough to even spot dolphins and manatees from the dock.The state and completeness of all equipment in the house was clearly above average and included kayaks, beach chairs and umbrellas, cooler, bicycles, pool toys and many other items.A technical issue with the outdoor gas grill was immediately addressed in a professional way by the property management company.We are already planning our vacation at this property next year. ##### Bernd S. ---
