None was more than 10 minutes away. The house is really nice and very clean. We only used the master bedroom and the bed was very comfortable. Our favorite part was the screened in porch. That's where we spent most of our time. We started our day there with coffee and planning our day and ended the day there. It is a very nice place to hang out. There are also 2 additional patios. One with a grill and dining table and one has a sun lounge. There is also an array of beach chairs and umbrellas there for use at the beach. We didn't cook there but it seemed the kitchen was well stocked with cookware, utensils, plates, and glasses. There is a washer and dryer which was very convenient. This place just had a "homey" feel. Nothing to fancy or formal. It just had everything we needed to comfortably unwind. It truly was our sanctuary after long days of exploring Marco. Communication, I felt, was with a robot, not a person. The responses I received were generic, AI type responses, no personal touch. The house is an original in a upscale neighborhood, when we walked in, the house was very hot, and had musty smell, it took about 3 hours for the house to cool off. Plenty of towels, pillows, and every day items you might need. Beds were comfy. The master bed/bath is the garage converted so that was spacious and roomy. Bathroom for the two rooms is very small. Kitchen is very small and compact, no dishwasher, no ice maker. No frills or updated amenities, dark rooms, not a lot of lighting especially in the laundry room. If you need a place just to sleep for 2-4 people this would probably be an adequate house, if you have 6 or more people, you might be very tight on space. ##### kathy b. It is quite old and updated just enough to be usable. It smelled really bad when we walked in and we needed to have the rugs cleaned again, but the management company was very responsive.
