This lovely 2 bedroom / 2 bath 2nd floor condo, located on Collier Boulevard, just south of San Marco Road, is just steps away from the beautiful white sands of Marco Beach. The public beach access is 5 minutes away. Both offer the beautiful white sands and stunning calm blue waters of Marco's Gulf Coast beaches. It features a king bed in the master with a 2 twin beds in the guest bedroom. There is also a sleeper sofa if needed. Washer/dryer in unit.
This condo offers wireless internet, and a beautiful heated pool and tennis court on-site. Fully stocked to feel like home, with loads of amenities, from kitchenware to beach chairs, this place has it all. Beachview is just a short walk to the J. W. Marriott and Hilton Hotels, many good restaurants and shops, movie theater, waterside dining and easy access to community amenities. There is a $150 condo association application fee required.
